Bi-County is owned and operated by Mr. Gregory Cote. Mr. Cote has been in the concrete construction industry since 1981 and Bi-County Concrete has been in operation since 1994.
Bi-County specializes in all phases of concrete construction, both commercial and residential. Our job site locations range from Montauk to Manhattan.
